If you have already picked up your car and would like to keep it for a longer period, you must contact the location where you picked up the car and request an extension of the rental period.
If you have not yet picked up your car, please contact us by email or phone, and make sure to fill in all required fields.
If you change the pick-up or drop-off location, date, or time, this may result in changes to your rates, taxes, additional charges, or young driver fees. Please review the updated quote when confirming your booking.
Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
If you did not prepay for your booking, no cancellation fee will apply.
If you prepaid for your booking and cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of 40 JOD. If the total amount is less than the cancellation fee, no refund will be given.
Will I be charged if I don’t show up for my booking?
If you prepaid for your booking and did not cancel before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a no-show fee of 100 JOD. If the total amount is less than the no-show fee, no refund will be given.
Will the booking price change if I modify my booking?
Possibly — rental rates may change daily, so changing the dates or number of rental days may affect the daily rate.
